I am a professional singer/songwriter and recording artist of pop, jazz, classic rock, standards, musical theatre, and my own songs. I've performed at many NY Catskill Mountain resorts/hotels and cabaret clubs, charitable events, and industrials. My song There Are Angels and my CD On the Wings of Inspiration: 13 Meditations,  won several contests and music awards. Cheryl Metrick: Fantasy & Romance is a recording of a live cabaret performance. Coming soon, a new CD of all my own songs. I have Facebook pages for both There Are Angels and for On the Wings of Inspiration, plus my music is often on Radio Airplay (internet radio station) and various internet venues.

My book with coauthor, Jeree Wade MA, a life coach: On the Wings of Inspiration: Exploring Our Inner Life through Interpretive Symbols is based on a collection of my drawings and poems.  It is somewhat autobiographical as it explores the interpretation of the art and then takes the reader on a journey to find personal meaning within. With Jeree's commentary, a guided process supports the reader to move into a more peaceful and centered place by understanding and implementing life's lessons.
